First Things

It is amazing the difference between thinking you have significant thoughts and actually expressing them. Hopefully, this will become easier as time goes on and I become more accustomed to blogging. I created this site in order to satisfy the requirements of an online teaching and learning course. The original purpose of this blog is that I learn about using a blog myself so that I can, in the future, incorporate the practice into the online course that I am teaching here in Monte Vista, Colorado. It is an online Basic Chemistry course. It will be interesting to discover how this type of technology may be used in a chemistry course.
